The house is newly built and fitted out to a very high spec level. The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en-suite and a third wheelchair accessible downstairs)

The house comes equipped with most modern mod cons including wifi.

Location

Foalies Bridge is a private gated community with a very well maintained common area, including its own moorings for the boat or fishing enthusiast. The estate itself is only 3 miles from the town of Belturbet, well known for its fishing and water sports such as rowing and kayaking. Belturbet itself and Foalies Bridge are situated in the only International Geopark with protected wildlife sanctuaries offering the visitor many varied walks and wildlife spotting opportunities.
