Braintree Village
Braintree Village is an outlet shopping village, located in the heart of Essex. There are over 75 premium brand shops such as Kate Spade New York, Ted Baker, Armani and Polo Ralph Lauren, where all items can be purchased at a lower outlet price - up to 60% off standard RRP!
The village is open 7 days a week and it is very dog friendly! Dogs are allowed to walk around the village, on lead and are also welcome in lots of shops. The majority of the shops display a ‘Dogs Welcome’ sticker in their front window, however even the shops that do not, will often let your dog in if you ask politely.

Around the village there are multiple cafes and restaurants - most places will allow dogs, if you are happy to be seated outside.There is free onsite parking for up to 6 hours and the village is conveniently served by its own train station - Freeport.

We visited Freeport and were delighted to find it was dog friendly! So many of the shops were happy to invite dogs in, with the exception of some food places such as Costa - but that was excepted and they had a small seating area out from where you could enjoy a coffee with your pooch.
The village is quite spacious but it can also get busy so bear this in mind if you dog does not do great with large crowds.
Overall a great day out for everyone :)
