National Trust - Cragside

Cragside has plenty to offer including lakes, waterfalls and swathes of rhododendron all brought together by the beautiful surrounding mountain landscape. Dogs are welcome in all outdoor spaces at Cragside enabling you to explore the Rock Garden, Formal Gardens, Pinetum and woodland. There are 14 way-marked walks to choose from across the 1000 acre estate and all are accessible for dogs.

Water bowls can be found in the visitor centre courtyard and outside the House. There are six dog bins located on the estate too.

Assistance dogs only in the House, shop and tea room. Outdoor seating is available under canopy at the tea rooms where you may sit with your dog.
