Gothic Revival castle sitting on the shores of Lake Windermere with turrets, towers and informal grounds, dogs are allowed outside to explore the grounds of the castle and this is the perfect place to park to take a walk along the shores of the lake to visit Claife Viewing Station too. Dogs are welcome inside the Kitchen Court Cafe at the castle too.
