Gordale Garden and Home Centre

First established in 1948, Gordale is an award winning garden centre located in the Wirral. They have a wide range of indoor and outdoor plants, as well as homeware, clothing, gifts and more! It is also near a petrol station and a small homeware shop (which is also dog friendly!). Dogs are welcome, as long as they are in some sort of bag/ trolley- perfect for small and medium dogs who love to receive lots of fuss and attention. The shop is always welcoming, full of friendly staff and customers. Store trolleys seem to make the dog sit at just the right height for shoulder scratches and chin tickles, so you won’t be able to get around in a hurry! Dogs are also welcome in the outside area of the cafe, where there is plenty of space. Gordale is conveniently located on Chester High Road, well signposted and easy to find if you are travelling to or from Chester. It is usually open until 6pm (5pm on sundays), with occasional late night shopping available until 9pm. The store has good facilities, including ample parking, baby changing facilities, and is fully accessible for wheelchair users.
