We've been to this homebase quite a few times now even before we were living in the area simply because they allow dogs and no other chain DIY store in our area does. Our dog is an angel, enjoys the sniffs, the staff enjoy her so we always take her along with us. It has rarely been busy, even in the middle of the day, on a weekend, at the height of summer and the pandemic, only once was there a queue outside. The staff are helpful and polite, the aisles have room and are clearly labelled and easy to navigate. They do mislabel some of their plants though which means some unknowing people may end up with a plant they don't have the correct name or care instructions for. The outdoor section is minimal as they are mostly a DIY store with additional garden stuff. They stock a lot of different paints and decorating equipment, a small range of wallpapers, some storage options such as drawers, baskets, large tubs and a cleaning and home care section.
