The Bull was our first trip to the pub of 2021 after the ease of lockdown restrictions in April. We were meeting family to celebrate a birthday, we were a booking of 6 from 2 households yet we were told we had to split amongst 2 tables - which was a bit annoying as we were hoping to be able to catch up with our family. The tables were picnic benches with 6 fixed circular seats around each table. We were able to place our order via the app fairly easily but the service was a bit slow - with food arriving at different times for the same order and a long wait for a dessert. The beer garden itself was fairly spacious with lots of tables and proved popular on a Friday evening. The food when it arrived was tasty but had to be eaten quickly as it would turn cold quickly due to the chilly weather outdoors.
