Gail is very knowledgable, offering advice for any coat or grooming issues we are having. She takes the time to get to know each client and let them settle in before she starts grooming. She also offers teeth cleaning with Emmipet at a very reasonable price. Gail gives me an honest debrief of their behaviour each session and notes any improvements or areas they are struggling with (e.g. hair dryer, nail clipping etc) so we can try and work on desentization at home before our next visit. The pups always come home smelly delicious and looking smart!
