I had to visit North Downs after a referral from my normal vet to get a limp checked. They were super accomodating of me being very anxious and let my mumma come into my initial consultation with her mask on even though due to COVID I was meant to go in alone. I had to have some x-rays so had to stay for a few hours but they made sure I was seen to very quickly and let me go home ASAP to ensure I didn't get too anxious being on my own.
