Fox and Hounds - Comford
The fox and hounds is a charming, traditional public house under the ownership of Daniel Chapman. Located in the hamlet of Comford it is perfectly placed between Redruth and Falmouth. The pub offers a great menu sourcing Cornish ingredients and the bar offers local ales from St Austell brewery and a varied wine list with great choice. Open seven days a week and offering food day and night between 12pm until 9pm with a carvery available on Sundays 12pm - 3pm / 5pm - 8pm alongside their regular full menu and specials board, The fox and hounds is a great location whatever the weather. Be it a cosy drink on a stormy Cornish night or a sunny afternoon pint in the beer garden. Roaring, wood burning log fires and slate flooring offer the perfect setting to enjoy a wintery day indoors. When the sun comes out the flowering baskets and luscious green grass in the beer garden will make your summer’s day even better. The Fox and Hounds is a child friendly pub, with baby changing facilities. It’s a great place to stop off with the family after enjoying the localities available activities and days out. With the pubs name being what it is, all well behaved dogs are welcome but it’s asked that they be kept on a lead.
