Ruby’s Bar

The simply named Ruby’s Bar serves a wide selection of gins as well as some of Rick and Jill Stein’s favourite wines, spirits, lagers and beers. The bar is located next door to St. Petroc’s Bistro on the corner of Broad Street, just a few minutes walk away from Padstow harbour. Our unique cocktail list includes Nitro Espresso Martini, South and Stormy, Ceylon Negroni, Gin Highball, Campari Fizz and more.

Our beautiful private dining room, that was designed by Jill and Kate Stein, is the perfect space for a celebration with family and friends.
