Bedrooms are sumptuously furnished with two double bedrooms, both with televisions. The master bedroom enjoys its own en-suite shower room, and bedroom two has use of the separate family bathroom with double-ended bath.

Climb the oak staircase to the galleried sitting room with comfy sofas and a Smart TV. There is a separate sitting area with indoor loungers and a well-stocked library where you can gaze out of those windows towards the sea.

Underfloor heating makes the apartment cosy in all seasons. Just a very short walk to the railway station taking you into St Ives in just a few minutes or walkers will enjoy the scenic coastal path into St Ives.

One well behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). Two small dogs by arrangement.
Please note whilst dogs are allowed on Carbis Bay Beach between 1 October and 1 April, there are other dog friendly beaches available locally all year around.
A car is not necessary. The nearest coastal railway station is Carbis Bay, 250 metres away.
