The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, fridge freezer plus extra larder fridge and a washing machine. There is a generous king-size bed in the bedroom and a modern shower room with double shower cubicle.

The Malpas Marina is simply stunning with breathtaking river views and the city of Truro is just a couple of miles away.

One small well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Dog bed and bowls are provided.
