My first trip to the beach was to Bournemouth Beach in February 2020! We had just had quite a big storm, so the beach had taken over the usual footpaths available and everything was covered in sand so there were workmen working on restoring the beach when we visited. However we were still able to enjoy our walk on the sand by all the colourful beach huts. We walked from Boscombe Pier to Bournemouth Pier which is about a 1.4 mile walk.
