Yogibar Sand Bay Retreat

The annex sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms both with comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space: one with twin beds and the other has a king size bed. It has its own gas central heating system for chilly days and a shower room with large shower cubicle. These three rooms are off of the big open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen with French doors onto the secured, grassed garden.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, built in microwave oven plus all the usual kitchen implements, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc. The lounge is bright and airy with a vaulted ceiling and two large skylights providing lots of natural light. There is a 40inch Smart tv, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, large corner sofa that comfortably sits 4 adults plus a dining table and chairs. There is also a utility room with washing machine for your use.

The bungalow has a large grassed area to the front and side with plenty of bird feeders in the front and rear garden for you to enjoy watching and listening to our feathered friends. Sun loungers, bench seat and outdoor table and chairs are there for when the weather permits. When the sun is out, you will always find it in the rear garden. Perfect for sun bathing or simply having a morning cuppa.

There is plenty of off road parking on the large drive. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Well behaved dogs are most welcome to stay for free but shouldn't be left in the property unattended unless crated. Dog sitting services may be available. Sand Bay area is very dog friendly, the beach is just a few minutes away and dogs are allowed there all year round A list of dog friendly establishments in the area is available.
