Kim ans Hannah have both spent most of their lives in the presence of animals, which led to both of them pursuing a career with them. They have number of qualifications and are are known to have a great rapport with dogs, cats and small animals. Both are very kind and patient which is an essential quality to have as a dog groomer. This is proven with the dogs that have been turned away from other dog groomers, but have been successfully groom by these lovely ladies.

They know that dogs have feelings and worries too, so are very respectful of that and spend a little time before and after they are groomed to make them feel comfortable and safe. They also give the dogs regular breaks whilst they are in their care, just to make them feel more at ease.
