Churnet Valley Railway

Image

1950’s steam trains which operate through a number of stations, with varying facilities including tea rooms, picnic areas and a souvenir shop.

Well behave dogs are welcomed on the trains for a small fee (£3) and it is asked that they are kept on leads at all times and away from the dining cart, but there are lots of walks at each of the stations and the local pubs have bowls of water out and some even let dogs inside!
