Snowshill Arms

This is a lovely pub in the heart of the village and great starting/finishing post for a circular walk too!

They serve food (book before attending if you can as they get very busy, especially around lunchtimes) and have a great selection of drinks

Dogs are welcome too and can sit with you at your pub table. If you have muddy boots/wellies on, there is space in the conservatory to leave these or change at the car before you go in

If you want to do the walk, there are a few options (depending on length and capabilities as some of the longer walk is a little more difficult)

Distance: 6 miles or 9.7km (Shorter route 21⁄2 miles or 4km) Duration: 31⁄2-41⁄2 hrs (Shorter: 11⁄2-21⁄2 hrs)

Note that this walk can be quite muddy and there are sheep around so keep dogs on lead as you go through the fields at the start
