Skipton Castle

Situated in the centre of Skipton, Skipton Castle is over 900 years old. Part of the castle is inhabited the rest is a stunning medieval castle that you and your furry friend can explore. Much of the castle is intact and there are educational plaque dotted around. The castle has a gift shop and and sells hot drinks/snacks. They also sell a range of plants including an interesting selection on mint. The castle has parking to the rear but is easily accessed via public transport. There’s a great woodland walk behind the castle.
