Wharram Percy

Why not combine a fabulous walk with the dog with exploring an old deserted medieval village. Well behaved dogs can be off lead and with the Yorkshire Wolds Way passing nearby it's easy to combine exploring Wharram Percy with a longer walk through the Wolds.

Wharram Percy is a deserted medieval village (DMV) on the western edge of the chalk Wolds of North Yorkshire, England. It is about 1 mile (1.6 km) south of Wharram-le-Street and is signposted from the B1248 Beverley to Malton road.
