Golden Acre Park
Golden acre park is a large park sitting on 136 acres including demonstration gardens and plant collections, parkland, lake, streams, ponds and woodland.
There is free car parking.
There are clear signs which highlight the areas where dogs must be on leads and where they can be off lead.
There are also public toilets and a cafe for the humans. Dogs are welcome on the outside seating area of the cafe.
There are six disabled parking bays in the car park off Otley Road.
The main circular route around the park and lake and the demonstration gardens are well maintained and fairly flat.
Motorised scooters are available to hire for free from the Bakery Coffee House cafe. They must be pre-booked before 10am on the day.
Accessible toilets are available in cafe and in the public toilet block next to cafe. The cafe is wheelchair accessible.
