The park has a number of nature trails, so stick to the beaten path or adventure through the multitude of woodland in the area. there are picnic sites, a café and a wooden play area. There is a log cabin that is available to hire and the vale of glamorgan council run a multitude of events to learn about the animals they are working to protect.
Dogs are in their element with the vast amount of space and places to explore. You'll often see other dogs enjoying the area but there is plenty of space that if you have a reactive or nervous dog you could avoid other dogs all together.
