UBH Cafe

Ubh, meaning egg in Irish, is the love child of a girl from Kildare. When Emma, a pastry chef, began to get tired of the lifestyle that fine dining was giving began to think about what Kildare was really missing – a banging lunch spot where you can get all the creativity of fine dining, culture and food sustainability; ubh was born.

They love their little town of Newbridge where everyone is a caricature and the community spirit is like no other. They try to produce everything theirselves. All our baked goods are made in-house every evening – even our fermentation and cultures products are done here and we love to share ideas.

They even love when your furry friend can drop in for a visit too!
