As enjoyable as a good walk is around the Peak District, sometimes you just want to put your feet up and take in the scenery without breaking a sweat. Peak Rail is a beautifully restored steam train running regular services between Matlock and Bakewell. They welcome well behaved dogs everywhere except in the restaurant carts.
