We last visited Beerheadz during period between lockdown one and lockdown two of the pandemic, but I wanted to provide a review now, so when the bar reopens next week, people will hopefully pay a visit to this small independent bar.
It isn't the largest of venues, but there are several booths and a long table in the centre of the bar. Table service was provided and before the humans got their drinks ordered, our large newfoundland was served with a large bowl of water and some doggy treats. Once he was settled, we placed our order.
What I like about this place was the selection of locally brewed beers (and from further afar), which weren't your generic fosters. They also had a good selection of gins. None of this is the cheapest, but if you want cheap, you go elsewhere.
I can't remember food being served, but when we go again, once the bar is reopen, I will add a further review. There is no outdoor seating, so these guys have tried to adapt and overcome the pandemic obstacles.
