Sutton Hoo
Sutton Hoo is an Anglo-Saxon royal burial site, home to a famous archaeological discovery. The site offers stunning views over the river Deben and 245 acres of land to explore. Dogs are welcome across all of the estate walks, please keep them on a short lead at all times in order to protect sheep and their lambs.
Assistance dogs only are allowed in the High Hall exhibition, Tranmer House, café, gift shop and second-hand bookshop.
