Thetford Forest Park

There is nothing that I can fault about Thetford Forest! We took Maverick here when they were hosting their "Bark in the Dark" dog walk for charity. The cafe allows dogs both inside and outside, at the time there was a Christmas band playing to entertain us whilst we were waiting to start. The people who organised the event were very friendly and helpful, so were the staff within the cafe. Dog treats and merchandise was provided by the event organisers. Thetford forest has miles and miles of walking and treks you can take with your dog, and they can be as long or short ad you like! It can get muddy in the winter, but there are plenty of options to avoid this by taking other routes. These paths are used by all so you need to be mindful of other users (ie other walkers, bike riders, runners, etc).
