The Red Lion Inn - Chester
The Red Lion in Handbridge, Chester, is a warm and welcoming local pub, situated just a short stroll across the river from the City centre of Chester.
There is a fairly sized outside area, part of which is covered (great for the wetter months) with an outdoor TV, which often plays the football games. They also have a keg water dispenser for your four legged friend, a quirky touch! They don't serve food however you can hire the BBQ for your own events or get togethers.
Worth a visit for a good pint and friendly locals.

The Red Lion is a drinks only pub, no food is available but its great value for drinks. It isn't the biggest pub inside and when busy can be a bit tight, but, the outside covered space is large and also has a TV! Water bowls and biscuits have always been available when we go and the staff are very welcoming of dogs.
