As far as what's sold goes, this is just a standard Joules shop, but I was standing outside with a large, wet dog on a soggy Cumbrian day whilst my mum had a browse and the staff came and told me to come inside in the warm and gave my dog lots of biscuit so for that, 10/10 for the lovely staff and lovely welcome.
