Federal Cafe and Bar is located in the Northern Quarter area of Manchester City Centre. Information taken from their website: Claudio and Emily opened Federal in 2014 and have ended up creating a community of like-minded souls who are passionate about great coffee and amazing brunch. The culture is what sets them apart from the crowd. Claudio was born in Portugal, and has extensive management experience, having run several successful hotels across the UK Northwest. Emily, from Northern England, has a knack for hospitality and creativity, being the driving force behind Federal’s online content. They have created a little slice of Antipodean happiness in the heart of the city, and are keen to share this authentic, enjoyable experience with anyone and everyone who walks through their doors. COME RAIN OR SHINE, WE OFFER THE CITY’S SUNNIEST WELCOMEWe make everything we possibly can on the premises using the best ingredients which we check daily for freshness & quality. These ingredients are all sourced from sustainable independent local suppliers (where humanly possible). When it comes to serving our customers, if the avocados aren’t ripe enough – we send them back to the supplier, if the coffee is made incorrectly – we make it again. It’s as simple as that! Everything we serve to our customers we should be proud of. Dogs are welcome inside.
