The second location of the Parade Tea Rooms, which opened in May 2019 is situated just next to the Vernon Gate entrance to Gunwharf Quays in a beautifully refurbished, historic building. Offering seating indoors and a covered outdoor terraced area, the tearooms are perfectly located as a companion to your Gunwharf Quays shopping trip.

We are family friendly with wheelchair access and dog friendly in our outdoor areas.
