Tucked amongst some back streets, close to Westcombe Park station, is this a little hidden gem of a park - lesser known than the nearby Greenwich Park. It is a walled park, which is home to a cemetery linked with the old naval college. You can explore the gravestones, just asked not to walk over them. There is a large fenced grass area where dogs are not allowed as it also houses the children's play area but otherwise dogs are welcome in the rest of the park. There is still plenty of grassy areas to run around and throw a ball outside of the enclosed space. A large portion of the park is well covered by trees, making it an ideal shady walk in the summer heat. It is also home to Pistachios in the Park cafe where the humans can grab a tea & cake or a pizza & cocktail!
