Rustington Beach

Just along the coast from Littlehampton beach is the peaceful Rustington beach. This is very much the typical Sussex beach in appearance; largely shingle which is divided up by a series of wooden groynes. As the tide goes out an expanse of flat sand stretches down to the water’s edge - which can be a considerable distance. This makes it a popular spot for families and dog walkers, however, it never gets too busy.
