Lulworth Cove is a very sheltered pebble beach in a remarkable, horseshoe shaped cove, formed ten thousand years ago by erosion from the sea.
Parking charge update: Currently the parking charges in Lulworth car park are £12.50 for 4 hours for a car (may be more for lager vehicles). Motorbikes also have to pay albeit the charges are slightly less.

We walked the path from Durdle Door to Lulworth Cove. We didn't go all the way down to Lulworth Cove as we could see it required descending some steps, for which we felt a bit too tired at that point to carry the pups down. However we got some lovely views from the top of the cliff before returning to the Durdle Door carpark.
