Forthay is a 17th Century grade 2 listed farmhouse made out of Cotswold stone bursting with character and charm. It is set in an idyllic location in the rural hamlet of Forthay, an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) overlooked by Tyndale Monument on the Cotswold Way, surrounded by rolling Gloucestershire countryside between Wotton Under Edge and Dursley. Forthay is the perfect retreat for guests who are looking for peaceful, relaxed accommodation with a touch of luxury. Being surrounded by such breath-taking countryside and exhilarating walks makes it a great place to stay with dogs and your well-behaved four-legged friends will be very welcome! There is even a heated dog shower, a dog-safe garden, with bowls and beds provided in the rooms! There is 2 dog-friendly pubs within walking distance and the B&B offer dog sitting for an additional charge. Max 2 dogs per room (unless previously agreed). **£10 per dog, per night.**Complimentary dog treats on arrival and a warm welcome from the 3 resident cockapoos. There is a cosy snug available for guests use complete with log burning stove and a library of books. A great room to relax in, read, play board games or plan the next day's activities The owners live on-site and are available to assist guests during their stay at Forthay Bed and Breakfast. 3 luxury rooms available and all rooms have free broadband, Egyptian cotton bedding, feather and down duvets and pillows (non-allergenic available on request), large fluffy towels and bathrobes, powerful hairdryers, Roberts DAB radios, luggage racks, complimentary water and a selection of teas and coffees and luxury Noble Isle toiletries. All areas in the house have wifi.
