The Red Lion Inn - Hereford

The Red Lion is a magnificent 16th century pub. We are located in the stunning Herefordshire countryside. Madley is a historic village set between Hereford and the famous Book town of Hay-on-Wye.

The Red Lion in Madley is a wonderful place to loose yourself. Come with friends or family and stay for lunch or enjoy an evening meal. The atmosphere is a very unique setting, in a historic listed building. Circa 16th century. There is a lovely lounge complete with roaring open fire and leather chesterfields. A garden room which looks out onto the patio and beer gardens. A bar complete with a snug perfect for conversations and laughter.

The service is exceptional with great meals including home-cooked meals, English olde pub feels and new inspired Canadian dishes. They are both children and dog friendly but ask that your dogs be happy and socialised.
