Ellesmere Lake
Lovely place to stop for ice-cream and a wonder around the lake. You will find sculptures all the way round the lake and plenty of places to picnic. Family friendly and dog friendly, it is a nice little day out.
Very popular with locals so the parking is limited, but nearby town has various parking options.
Visitor centre has options of food and drink as well as toilets.
Lots of wildlife and beautiful views across the lake.
