The wide sandy beach located in front of the East Riding village of Mappleton is ideal for dog walking. This section of North Sea coastline is known as Holderness and is situated around 3 miles (5 km) south of the seaside resort of Hornsea.

A great clean beach with free parking, although car park has limited spaces so can imagine in peak season it gets very busy.
