We love Goit Stock Waterfall and it’s surrounding walking routes as it’s such a picturesque destination right on our door stop. Beautiful scenery, stunning waterfalls and woodland walks are the positives of this walking spot but unfortunately there are some cons. Rainy weather can make most of the walking routes (think paths on side banking and man made steps) slippery and difficult underfoot and hot weather and sunny days can bring hundreds of tourists flocking for a dip in the falls. Nevertheless, the pros far out weigh the cons and Goit Stock remains one of our favourite walks.
