Reid Park

What is there not to love about the Reid Park? There is loads of wide open space to run about and chase a ball and the views over the town and Strathmore Valley are amazing.

Here is what Mooma says about it - "The Reid Park has a carpark for anyone visiting from out of town just off the Lour Road. There are various routes around the park although the top path is quite steep up towards Balmashanner Hill and Monument.

The only thing you really need to be aware of is children riding bikes etc really fast on the paths, you sometimes dont see them coming until they are right there, we tend to just play ball in the middle of the grass though. Its a great space for training and working on recall too.
