I like The Stag in Forfar and dogs are welcome in the bar area. I like to meet my grandad for a drink and someone behind the bar brings me a bowl of water. The nice lady there knows I like ice cubes and gives me a couple to much on, she doesn't seem to mind the puddle. They don't have dog biscuits though so you might want to bring your own.
Here's what my Mooma has to say about it - The Stag is local to use to handy that we can take Mickey with me as sometimes meet my dad there for a catch up while the kids are at clubs. Dogs are only welcome in the bar area but you can have food from the menu through there, you just have to ask to get a menu. I highly recommend the loaded chips and the sticky toffee pudding for afters!
