Start on the Arbroath road at the top gate to the College. Turn right into Arbroath Road and walk towards Dawson Park. Cross over Fairfield Road and enter Dawson Park. Walk along the top of the park until you come to the path which runs through the middle of the park. Turn right on to this path and follow it down to Strathern Road. Turn right into Strathern Road and then take a right into Fairfield Road. Walk back up to the Arbroath Road and turn left. Walk back to the north entrance to the College. Distance: 1.5 miles Time: 30 minutes Lovely walk for a quick adventure with gorgeous scenery, especially in Autumn when all the leaves are changing colour! Not too strenuous, so can be enjoyed by most of the family.

Dawson Park is one of those parks that’s perfect when you just want an easy, relaxing walk with your dog. Tucked away in Broughty Ferry, it’s beautifully maintained with wide paths, colourful flower beds and plenty of open green space to enjoy. It’s a favourite with local dog walkers because there’s lots to explore without it ever feeling too busy. Whether you’re stopping for a quick morning stroll or taking your time on a sunny afternoon, it’s a lovely place to slow down and enjoy some fresh air together.
