Tealing Dovecot

All aspects of the Tealing estate were designed to show off its owner’s taste and culture, and the dovecot was no exception. Though small in size, Tealing Dovecot is a handsome building, with attention paid to proportion and symmetry. It proudly displays the initials of its builder, Sir David Maxwell. Tealing Dovecot is situated just a few hundred metres from the Iron Age Tealing Earth House. Dogs are permitted on site, on lead.
