Kirklands Cottage

Kirklands is a luxury detached house, sleeping 8 and is dog friendly. It sits in the hamlet of Weem, just outside of Aberfeldy, which is within walking distance. The house has many luxury features including a TV and games room with Pool table, luxury bathrooms, feature lighting, large well equipped dining kitchen and a cosy sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is driveway parking, rear garden with furnished decking area, small AstroTurf football pitch, outdoor table tennis table and a basketball hoop. This house is ideally suited for both families and adult groups as it really does have something for everyone.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a twin downstairs and the master with en-suite is upstairs. There is also a family bathroom downstairs and an additional shower room upstairs, off the cinema and games room. All of the bathrooms are of a very high quality with large showers, beautiful tiling and luxury features. The dining kitchen is spacious and very well equipped including an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob. The sitting room has a very comfy leather suite and an open fire as well as a large flat screen TV. Upstairs, the fabulous TV and games room really does have the ‘wow; factor with it fantastic red leather corner suite, feature lighting, large screen and a pool table. There is also access to Netflix and Amazon TV.

Dog friendly cottages with Highland Perthshire Holiday Homes Dogs are very welcome by prior arrangement. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead when walking on the estate.

Dog Policy:

Each house will display a set of house specific rules but our standard house rules are as follows:

Dogs must never be left in the house on their own. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture. Please do not allow dogs in the bedrooms. Please do not allow dogs to foul in the garden. Accidents must be picked up and disposed of appropriately. Whilst a garden may fenced, we give no guarantees that it is totally secure so please ensure your dog is supervised when in the garden. We would remind dog owners that any evidence that suggests the house rules have been broken could result in the loss of or a deduction from your good housekeeping deposit.

We would like to thank dog owners in advance for showing consideration and respect to the owners of the house and future guests by following the house rules and acting responsibly.

There is a small charge of £20 per dog, per booking and the maximum number of dogs allowed in most houses is 2 with the exception of Mo Dachaidh which allows 1 dog.
