Linton Hotel & Steak House
The Linton Hotel & Steakhouse is a welcoming, family-run pub and restaurant set in the pretty village of East Linton. There’s something for everyone from the steakhouse offering upmarket fare and afternoon tea, a laid-back bar with real ales and an open fire, and a walled beer garden. For the humans the menu is good, hearty pub-grub offering good value. Dogs are allowed in most areas, except for the steakhouse (understandable!) Water is freely available and although there is no doggy menu, scraps occasionally come out of the kitchen for the doggies. This is the perfect place to round off a walk along the River Tyne or at one of the beautiful East Lothian beaches, which aren't too far away.

The Linton is a great dog friendly pub/restaurant. We take our two collies in most weeks, and the staff can’t do enough for us all. Water for the dogs, and sometimes if the chef knows we’re in, he’ll send through a wee treat for Daisy and Steve too. Highly recommended.
