Brutti Compadres is a hidden gem located within Glasgow's Merchant City. It is renowned for its laid-back attitude and excellent but causal customer service. Brutti Compadres has a regular clientele of dog owners who all love the atmosphere and the staffs affinity for their dog; providing treats and water and a good old fashioned belly rub when possible.
Brutti's delivers a wide array of delicious Mediterranean tapas as well as full plates such as nachos and pastas. They have a wide selection of drinks and some of the best cocktails in the Merchant City.

This was one of the first restaurants where we took our dog Archie and I felt like I was out in the town in the same way we were before Archie joined the family! I was dressed up for a meal out with my husband and Archie! The food is mainly tapas style and tastes delicious. Lovely cocktail menu. Both times we have gone, albeit, pre covid times, we had to phone in advance and book a table to go on Fri/Sat night. It is usually quite busy. Definitely a place to visit if your dog likes (or at least reasonably tolerates) busier atmospheres with people coming/going and passing by.
