Church on the Hill
Church on the Hill is a large contemporary gastro pub in Glasgow’s Southside. It has a wide variety of food and drink available, and has sweet treats for sale from the nearby Big Bear Bakery. The pub also hosts live music nights regularly, and screens sports.
Dogs are more than welcome at Church on the Hill, and the staff are quick to offer pooches treats, water and a loan of one of the squeaky toys kept behind the bar for furry visitors. Dogs are also papped with a polaroid camera, and their picture is placed on the doggy wall of fame. Each month a dog chosen randomly from the wall of fame wins a prize from the pub. Across the road from Queen’s Park, it is an ideal dog friendly spot for a rest after walkies.
