N°5 Drinishader is located on the Isle of Harris, Outer Hebrides, 5 miles from Tarbert and 8 miles from the famous white sandy beaches. Situated above Drinishader harbour, overlooking the beautiful East Loch Tarbert, the hostel and self-catering units provide a variety of accommodation for individuals, families and groups. Outdoor activities can also be organised. The hostel has a cosy lounge with open fire, a well-equipped kitchen, shower, WC and comfortable beds. Pick-up services from Tarbert can be arranged for a small cost if there are no bus services. Among the activities guests enjoy are coastal/hill walking, cycling, kayaking, boat trips, sightseeing and bird/wildlife watching.
