Detached studio cottage suitable for single person or adult couple. 30 square metres of quirky, stylish accommodation. Everything you need in a clever cosy, yet airy space.

Accessible, parking at your door. Separate space is a available for bikes, sports equipment etc. The property is all on one level.

There is a secluded patio area with a picnic table and BBQ for al fresco dining and relaxing. If you are staying longer and need to launder clothes you have access to your own fully equipped laundry area right next to the cottage.

This is a “Tiny House” so ONE SMALL dog e.g. Boston Terrier, Jack Russell etc by prior arrangement only. @£5 per day, payment through BACS, details to be given to us at time of booking. Unbooked dogs WILL be subject to a charge, as we need extra time for thorough cleaning. Dog owners must bring a dog bed, blankets, dishes, poop bags etc and are responsible for their pet in the property and in the surrounding area, especially during lambing and nesting seasons. The cost of repairing and replacing items damaged by pets will be charged.

The cottage is cleaned thoroughly between each guest to a high standard.
