Knockando Woolmill

Situated 0.5 miles from the Speyside Way, Knockando Woolmill is the perfect midway breakpoint for walkers and cyclists. Located roughly halfway on Section 4 of the route (Craigellachie to Ballindalloch), the Woolmill is just along the road from the old Tamdhu railway station and offers a Coffee Shop and Shop, perfect for refuelling for the rest of your journey. Well behaved dogs are welcome on our site but must be kept on a lead. There are a variety of walks in the area to enjoy. Knockando Woolmill is a rural site with some steep uneven paths and some of the buildings have narrow doors. The car park is a short walk from the site and we have three disabled parking spaces.
